How it works
Three steps. The whole thing takes a minute.
- Make your code. Name and email, that's it. You get a code and a link like
swooshcare.com/?ref=YOURCODE. - Share it. Post it, text it, put it in your bio. Home-care agencies in Nevada who need EVV are who we want.
- Get paid on the subscription. When a provider you brought pays their monthly EVV bill, 10% of it is yours, every month they stay.
What would that add up to?
EVV starts at $50 a month for up to 25 people. Past 25 people a provider moves to Starter: $99 a month for the first 25 people, plus $3 a month for each person after that. A person is an active client or a caregiver. Bigger agencies pay more, so $50 is where we start the math.
Dollars a month. $50 is the smallest plan, the one that covers up to 25 people.
You earn $5.00 a month on a provider at that price.
That keeps coming every month a provider stays on Swoosh. It is an estimate, not a promise: it moves with the plan each provider is on — $50, $99, $149 or $199 — and with how many people they go over it by.
Ten percent of the subscription. Nothing else.
The EVV subscription
Plans start at $50 a month for up to 25 people and go up with the size of the agency, plus $3 a month for each person past what their plan covers. Your 10% is 10% of the subscription they pay, never of the coverage fee or sales tax on the same bill.
The 5% billing fee
Swoosh also takes 5% of approved claims from providers. Creators get no share of that, ever. Two streams, kept apart on purpose.
Stripe Connect, monthly
Earnings are counted the month after a provider pays and show in your dashboard. Payouts run through Stripe Connect. Straight talk: that rail is still in Stripe's test mode while verification finishes, so nothing has been cashed out yet — what you earn is tracked and it is yours.
Get your code.
Your name and your email. We make the code, email it to you, and open a creator login with the same email.
What they get. GPS clock-in and clock-out, notes, claims, and the state aggregator handled. What you get is 10% of their subscription for as long as they stay.
