Services are organized around each admitted patient's documented needs and ordered plan of care.
Home health aide services
Assigned home health aide tasks delivered under registered-nurse direction, according to the written care plan and demonstrated competency.
When services begin: Arizona services begin after admission, completion of the required assessment and care plan, and receipt of a practitioner's order when required.
